Whether you're a player chasing the next level or a coach trying to get a group of athletes there, the work is the same — you care, and you put the hours in.

And then the game ends, and almost none of it gets recorded.

That was our experience too. As basketballers, we'd finish a season with a strong feeling about how we'd played and almost no evidence. A box score screenshot in a Facebook group, gone by Monday. The coaches we knew had it worse — clipboards, spreadsheets built at 11pm, and a scouting report assembled from memory and a half-watched stream.

Have you ever wondered why it works this way? It isn't a technology problem. In professional basketball every shot, every possession and every rotation is tracked, modelled and handed to players and staff before they walk onto the floor. What separates them from everyone else isn't the data — it's that they can afford a person whose entire job is making sense of it.

That gap is what we set out to close. Because the data mostly already exists. It sits in league systems, game by game, season after season. It just doesn't live anywhere useful, and nobody has time to turn it into something you can act on before the next tip-off.
